Asia100 will not be liable for losses arising from failure to maintain adequate account security on your part.
Asia100 may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any point, including prior to processing withdrawal requests or where unusual account activity is detected. Verification typically requires submission of a valid Malaysian government-issued identity document (such as a MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), a recent proof of residential address, and in some cases a selfie alongside your identity document. Failure to complete requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.
All financial transactions on the Asia100 Platform are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Asia100 supports the following payment methods for deposits and eligible withdrawals: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.
Deposits are processed in real time or near-real time depending on the selected payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. Asia100 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own verified name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method or bank account used for the most recent eligible deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no account restrictions being in effect. Processing times vary by method but Asia100 aims to fulfil most withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval for verified accounts. Asia100 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to releasing funds where required.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Asia100 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Account holder before applying any dormancy administration fees. Details of applicable fees are published in the account management section of the Platform.
Tip: To ensure the fastest possible withdrawals, complete your KYC verification immediately after registration — before you make your first deposit. This avoids delays when you are ready to cash out your winnings.
Asia100 offers various promotional incentives to eligible registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific individual terms that will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.
Asia100 employs automated and manual controls to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage wagering, systematic low-risk staking patterns intended to satisfy rollover requirements without genuine gameplay, and collusion between accounts. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have promotions withdrawn and remaining balances reviewed.
All betting and gaming activities on the Asia100 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are published within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific game or market rule, the more specific rule will apply in relation to that game or market only.
Odds are displayed at the time a wager is placed and are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Live in-play betting is available on selected events, with odds updated in real time. Asia100 reserves the right to suspend or void markets in the event of technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Casino games including slots, live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, and instant games are subject to individual game rules and published Return to Player (RTP) percentages where applicable. Live dealer games are streamed in real time and all outcomes are determined in the live studio environment. Asia100 does not influence game outcomes and all results are final once a game round is completed.
In the event of a manifest technical error that affects the outcome of a game or wager — including incorrect odds displayed, payment of incorrect winnings, or game malfunction — Asia100 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the original stake amount to the User's Account. Asia100 is not liable for losses arising from technical errors that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented.

Asia100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that a User has breached these Terms, is engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where termination is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Users may also request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting the Asia100 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any ineligible Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to identity verification being complete and no outstanding obligations being present.
Asia100 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment materially affects User rights or obligations, Asia100 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or a notice displayed on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Asia100 holds its operating authorisation.
